While down there, we found some great leads and are now in the process of following them up.
Along with this, the trip opened our eyes to broader horizons and higher goals. This change in direction sparked a collective decision to take the Season of Summer off to refine and further develop the label, ready and in time for Autumn/Winter collection 2011.
Not to worry, we will still be actively creating and pushing ideas so stay tuned.

"I'd keep most of it for myself, and a few others. A few of my friends. Keep that superlative high just on the cusp of each day so i can radiate sunshine" - Edie
Some may have been wondering what exactly the Fox Brand print is. Well there it is. It's primarily a fox with Russell Brands hair (hence the name). It represents, firstly our deep admiration of Russell as a comedian and secondly, the predatory ways of Russell as a sex beast. The King of the sexcapades.
This is the Nicko sketch of our Brigitte Bardot print. Firstly to talk about Brigitte you have to know one thing, she was Serge Gainsbourg's. He is our god of French music, one of our musical fathers, and as for Brigitte; well, she is his most beautiful woman. Not to mention Brigitte's own body of work with her lustful singing voice. She certianly had class - how could we not print her.
Some would say I have a mildly unhealthy obsession with Noel. Well I do. He's stylish, slightly mental, big hair, childish and funny. What more could you want? Maybe boobs and a vagina. Anyway this is another Nicko sketch for a painting I did of Noel, which goes brilliantly on our shirts as a print.
Noel Fielding print.
I know, I know. But come on he's Bob Dylan. And it's a pretty new drawing of Bob.
Well this is the Painting that turned into our Crum shirt. I will finish it one day but We have more pressing matters like our next collection. This painting came about because at the time I was doing a lot of portraits and this became an examination of what made a face. But then one of the guys said it reminded him of a lovely cartoon character Crum from a show that escapes my memory. But I do remember there was a male monster that wore red heels and lipstick. Fun Fun times. Anyway that's how the name came about.
It doesn't make sense why we call it Bob Dole. I guess we liked the way we said it so it stuck. If you ever see us, ask us to say it - might be worth a chuckle. Yes it is on an envelope. Sometimes you just can't get your hands on some paper. The idea of the shirt is about G.W.B and his little known cocaine addiction which goes far in showing what a bit of rehab, becoming a born again Christian and a church can do for you. Turn you into a ventriloquist puppet, hahahah. No I'm sure he didn't have a hand stuck up his arse all the time.
This is Genevieve in a little bit of colour. She's one of our logos. The other logo we have is John Magarvy. You might have seen them about, maybe our website, or in a back alley in the valley doing naughty nice things. They have full bodies too and full thoughts, and their own little lives in their own little world.
This is one of many drawings I do of suits because suits are very important. Also, this is the first drawing of our Andy mannequin shirt. The idea developed from a picture of Andy Warhol in front of the empire state building with his tie worn back to front and off centre. I know it seems like he may have just popped out of bed a little early and he may have. Like most great art, it has its own meaning to the differing masses. However, we really liked the miss representing the idea of the suit, since it is its own convention that has always been so unwavering in the world of seriousness. And well anything to take the attention away from boring topics of conversation.
I don't really know how to end this, so I'm just going to leave a dirty taste in your mouth.
